Vietnamese Braised Pork with Coconut Juice- Thit Heo Kho Nuoc Dua is simply but a pleasant dish. So earthy, so flavorful, so comforting. Most households in Vietnam used to make this fairly often.

The caramel sauce infuses the pork and with a slightly sweet, deeply rich flavor that can only be achieved by braising for a long time. Spooned over rice with plenty of sauce, of course, it's perfect comfort food for a rainy day. The caramel sauce is a must for this dish to provide color and flavor to the pork. The coconut juice will mostly cook off, leaving behind a slight sweetness to add depth to the pork.

Who doesn't love BANH MI?

Bánh mì (/ˈbæn ˌmiː/; Vietnamese pronunciation: [ɓǎɲ mî]) is a Vietnamese term for all kinds of bread. The word is derived from bánh (bread) and mì (wheat). Bread, or more specifically the baguette, was introduced by the French during its colonial period. The bánh mì is usually more airy with a thinner crust. It's stuffed with meats, butter, fresh cucumber slices, cilantro, picked carrot & daikon, jalapeño. Choices of Grilled Pork, Grilled Chicken, Beef or Tofu

One of our signature dishes: BANH XEO = "sizzling cake", named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake (it resembles a French crepe with a crispy edge) made of rice flour, water, turmeric powder, coconut cream stuffed with shrimp, squid, diced green onion, mushroom, white onion and bean sprouts. Served with green leave, basil, mints and nuoc mam (sweet/sour fish sauce).

Vegetarian version is also available & it's Gluten-Free.
